SKA Capital Berhad is an investment holding company. Through our subsidiaries, SKA Rekabina Sdn Bhd and Reltency Engineering Services Sdn Bhd, we are principally involved in the provision of power infrastructure engineering solutions.
Our capabilities span three principal business segments: substation engineering services, underground utilities engineering services, and the trading of electrical devices, electrical equipment and construction materials.
Our Group's operating history can be traced back to 2009, when we commenced operations with our first substation project in Penang. Over the years, we have progressively expanded our scale, technical capabilities and service offering, including the addition of EPCC and electrical and mechanical engineering capabilities through Reltency Engineering.
Today, we serve the power utilities sector primarily across Peninsular Malaysia, undertaking projects as either a main contractor or subcontractor depending on our customers' requirements. Our customers comprise main contractors, project owners for power infrastructure projects and a utility company.
